The entrance door designed with Javanese style carvings. The interior of the house dominated with wooden based furniture, creating a warm brown nuance. The wall made of red bricks left without any paint and the buffer pole in the middle of the room create a traditional nuance. The living room equipped with sofa and television, comfortable for having a leisure time. Each bedroom has a comfortable atmosphere,complete with wardrobe, sofa, and a small table. The villa also has a camping area in the yard. Six tents are available for the residents.

Adequate and complete amenities. Consist of three houses, each has 2 bedrooms (6 bedrooms in total, with 11 beddings). Full AC, wardrobe, sofa, kitchen with cooking utensils, and bathrooms. Camping tents are available. Other amenities such as living room, porch with Bogor city view, soccer field, basketball court, plantation, hall complete with a pingpong table, barbecue utensils, mountain bike, gazebo.
