For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

    Selamat sore, saya memiliki beberapa pertanyaan : 1. Jika saya menyewa untuk 2 bulan, berapa jumlah deposito yang harus saya bayarkan? Apakah sama dengan jumlah tertera di web ini atau 2 kali lipat nya? 2. saya tidak melihat fasilitas untuk bersih-bersih ruangan (misal mesin penyedot debu atau alat pel atau sapu). Apakah tidak disediakan? 3. kerusakan seperti apa yang dapat mengakibatkan saya tidak menerima kembali deposito yang saya bayarkan? Terimakasih. Jenny

    Selamat Siang, Salam hangat dari Travelio. 1. Untuk deposit dibayarkan satu kali saja saat awal sebelum check-in, jika ibu menyewa 2 bulan di unit yang sama maka deposit dibayarkan satu kali saja. 2. Untuk alat pembersih sapu dan kain pel sudah disediakan di dalam unit (tidak termasuk mesin penyedot debu). 3. Deposit akan terpotong jika ada kerusakan pada unit selama masa sewa, kerusakan-kerusakan tersebut akan di cek saat anda melakukan check-out. (AC rusak, meja patah, kaca pecah, lemari roboh etc).     Selamat siang, Saya Jenny, mohon jawabannya untuk beberapa pertanyaan berikut : 1. Jika saya ingin menyewa dalam jangka waktu 2 bulan, apakah deposit dibayarkan hanya satu kali atau akan dibayarkan pada setiap bulannya (2 kali)? 2. Hal- hal apa yang dapat mengakibatkan Deposit tidak kembali 100% ? 3. Dalam kolom "Info Penting " tertulis Internet ; Exclude tetapi di informasi sewa tertulis free wifi, manakah yang benar? 4. Selain yang tertera di web ini, adakah fasilitas lain yang disediakan oleh pemilik? Misalnya ulekan sambal :) atau sapu atau alat untuk bersih-bersih? 5. Bagaimana dengan sistem pengisian listriknya? 6. Apakah disediakan extra cover bed atau jika tidak, adakah biaya biaya tambahan jika saya menginginkan extra setidaknya 1 set? 7.
