For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Kak, FYI untuk bulan ini kami sarankan untuk memesan dengan periode minimal 2 bulan agar bisa ikut serta dalam undian Wuling Air Ev yang akan di undi di Oktober nanti. Promo undian juga bisa di gabung dengan voucher promo lain nya ya kak., Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuatif sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.     saat saya mau boking, terdapat keterangan deposit 3.000.000 waktu check in. Deposit 3 jt tersebut sudah termasuk di harga sewa apart atau kita menambah 3jt lagi saat check in untuk deposit ?

    Salam hangat dari Travelio, Untuk informasi deposit, untuk pemesanan harian, deposit sebesar Rp. 3.000.000 akan dibayarkan melalui transfer bank atau virtual account. Deposit tersebut akan dikembalikan sekitar lima hari kerja setelah data bank dikonfirmasi. Pemberitahuan akan dikirimkan ke email Kakak (pastikan detail kontak yang terdaftar valid dan aktif). Sedangkan untuk pemesanan bulanan dan tahunan, dalam hal pemotongan utilitas untuk periode menginap tidak tersedia, deposit keamanan Kakak hanya akan dikembalikan setelah Manajemen Gedung mengeluarkan tagihan air dan listrik bulanan. Tagihan biasanya dikeluarkan pada tanggal 5-10 bulan berikutnya setelah tanggal check-out Kakak dan akan digunakan untuk menghitung konsumsi Kakak selama menginap di unit Travelio. Travelio akan membutuhkan sekitar 7 hari kerja untuk perhitungan detail setelah tagihan akhir dikeluarkan. Jika unit tersedia maka pengajuan akan disetujui.
