For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Parkir aja sih. Nggak ada free parking, jadi tetap kena biaya dan per jam. Tapi masih worth it sih dari jam 4sore sampe jam 12siang dengan nominal segitu, dan beruntungnya pas bawa motor bukan mobil.

    Halo kak. Untuk fasilitas parkir dapat Kakak gunakan, namun kami tidak menyediakan parkir gratis. Estimasi tarif parkir mobil adalah Rp 5.000/jam. Untuk pemesanan bulanan atau lebih, Kakak dapat membuat member parkir ke pihak manajemen gedung, dan kami akan membantu memintakan surat kuasa dari pemilik. Biaya pembuatan member parkir akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu/penyewa. Jadi, untuk parkir mobil selama 2 malam, Kakak dapat mengestimasikan biaya parkir sekitar Rp 240.000 (Rp 5.000/jam x 24 jam x 2 malam). Jika terdapat penambahan tamu akan dikenakan charge Rp 50.000/tamu setiap 1 harinya. Jumlah maximal penambahan tamu adalah 2 pax dan kami tidak menyediakan extra bed. Untuk anak berusia di bawah 13 tahun tidak terhitung pada jumlah tamu ya Kak. Kami bantu cek untuk unitnya saat ini masih tersedia untuk disewa dan silahkan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya di aplikasi atau website Travelio ya kak sebelum tersewa oleh tamu lainnya.
