For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Salam hangat dari Travelio, Untuk unit yang kami sewakan tentunya ada deposit yang harus dibayarkan sebagai uang jaminan unit jika terjadi kehilangan atau kerusakan pada unit yang disewa. Jika tidak ada kehilangan atau kerusakan maka kami akan refund untuk deposit yang sudah dibayarkan ya Kak. Untuk pemesanan bulanan dan tahunan, deposit akan dikembalikan setelah Building Management mengeluarkan tagihan air dan listrik bulanan. Tagihan biasanya dikeluarkan pada tanggal 5-10 bulan berikutnya setelah tanggal check-out Kakak dan akan digunakan untuk menghitung konsumsi selama menginap di unit Travelio. Travelio membutuhkan sekitar 7 hari kerja untuk perhitungan detail setelah tagihan akhir dikeluarkan. Untuk pembayaran dengan kartu kredit, bank Kakak akan membutuhkan tambahan 14 hari kerja agar dana tersedia setelah Travelio melakukan proses di atas. Salam hangat dari Travelio, Untuk pengajuan survei unit terlebih dahulu, Kakak bisa melakukan penjadwalan dengan memilih menu 'Request showing unit' di profil unit kami pada menu sewa tahunan/bulanan. Pengajuan survei unit bersifat pengajuan dan bersifat tentatif, jika unit tersedia maka pengajuan akan disetujui. Survei unit hanya di peruntukan untuk sewa tahunan dan atau untuk sewa minimal 4 bulan. Kakak juga bisa melihat unit lebih detail dengan menggunakan fungsi kamera 360 untuk melihat keseluruhan unit secara interaktif. Untuk unit "Good Location and New Studio at The City Square Surabaya Apartment By Travelio" tidak dilengkapi dengan fasilitas water heater ya kak. Biaya IPL untuk sewa tahunan sebesar Rp415.800 per bulan. Untuk biaya listrik dan air, biaya tersebut menjadi tanggungan penyewa dan akan tergantung pada pemakaian masing-masing setiap bulannya.
