For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Selamat pagi Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. Kami informasikan untuk kapasitas maksimal tamu pada unit tersebut adalah 4 tamu. Jika terdapat penambahan tamu akan dikenakan charge Rp 50.000/tamu setiap 1 harinya. Jumlah maximal penambahan tamu adalah 2 pax dan kami tidak menyediakan extra bed. Untuk anak berusia di bawah 13 tahun tidak terhitung pada jumlah tamu ya Kak. untuk unitnya masih tersedia, apabila berminat kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya. Selamat Pagi Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. Kami informasikan untuk unitnya saat ini tersedia di tanggal 25-06-2023 Kak. Untuk sewa bulanan sudah include/free IPL (Maintenance fee), namun belum termasuk cleaning fee, listrik, air, parkir, deposit dan lainnya tergantung pada pemakaian. Kalau Kakak mau menyewa unitnya dengan jangka waktu bulanan atau tahunan maka bisa mengajukan untuk dibuatkan surat kuasa dari owner, agar nanti bisa digunakan untuk pembuatan member parkir ke pihak Building Management. Untuk biaya parkir mengikuti kebijakan pihak Building dan akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu/penyewa. Nanti Kakak dapat memilih "YA" untuk "PARKIR" pada saat melakukan pemesanan agar dibantu untuk surat kuasa dari ownernya. Estimasi untuk biaya parkir Motor yaitu Rp150,000 - Rp300,000 per bulan dan untuk Mobil yaitu Rp250,000 - Rp550,000 per bulan. Namun apabila ada kenaikan atau perubahan harga mengikuti kebijakan Building. Jika Kakak berminat dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuative sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.
