For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

    Salam hangat dari Travelio, Untuk pengajuan showing perlu kami lakukan penjadwalan, yang di mana penjadwalan tersebut bersifat pengajuan dan bersifat tentatif. Jika unit tersedia maka pengajuan akan disetujui. Showing unit hanya di peruntukan untuk sewa tahunan dan atau untuk sewa minimal 4 bulan. Pengajuan showing dapat dilakukan dengan memilih menu 'Request showing unit' di unit profile kami pada menu sewa tahunan/bulanan. Kakak juga bisa melihat unit lebih detail dengan menggunakan fungsi kamera 360 untuk melihat keseluruhan unit secara interaktif. Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuative sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.     Selamat Malam Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. Untuk sewa harian dan bulanan sudah free IPL ya kak, namun untuk sewa tahunan belum include IPL kak. Untuk tarif parkir bergantung pada regulasi pihak apartemennya. Untuk pembuatan member parkir dapat kami bantu untuk memintakan surat kuasa owner atau surat kontrak. Namun, untuk proses dan pembuatannya dilakukan oleh pihak penyewa. Estimasi harga parkir adalah Rp 5.000/jam. untuk sewa jangka lama nanti bisa membuat member parkir ke building management. Kami akan membantu memintakan surat kuasa ke pihak owner, namun untuk biaya parkir akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu/penyewa. estimasinya adalah Rp250.000 sd Rp550.000 (mobil) dan Rp150.000 sd Rp300.000 (motor) per bulannya Apabila berminat dapat melakukan pemesanannya saat ini melalui aplikasi atau website travelio.com sebelum tersewa tamu lainnya ya kak.
