For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Untuk tagihan listrik dan air sesuai dengan pemakaian tamu sewa saja, dan untuk jumlah tagihannya nantinya akan kami informasikan melalui email berupa invoice ya kak. invoice akan turun setelah 1 bulan kakak sewa ya kak, Untuk estimasi harga listrik dan air sekitar 400.000 sampai 1.000.000 ya kak, namun kembali lagi kepada pemakaian tamu sewa ya kak Untuk parkir tersedia namun untuk tarif parkir dan kebijakannya bergantung pada regulasi pihak apartemennya. Untuk pembuatan member parkir dapat kami bantu untuk memintakan surat kuasa owner atau surat kontrak. Namun, untuk proses dan pembuatannya dilakukan oleh pihak penyewa. Estimasi harga parkir adalah Rp 5.000/jam. untuk sewa jangka lama nanti bisa membuat member parkir ke building management.
