For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

    Untuk sewa 6 bulan di Elegant 1BR Casa de Parco Apartment By Travelio, pembayaran bisa dilakukan melalui transfer bank, virtual account, GoPay, OVO, atau Kredivo. Biaya parkir per bulan tidak disediakan oleh Travelio, namun Kakak dapat membuat member parkir ke building management dengan biaya estimasi parkir mobil sekitar Rp 5.000/jam. Untuk biaya air, biaya air menjadi tanggungan penyewa dan akan tergantung pada pemakaian tiap bulan. Untuk menggunakan WiFi selama 2 bulan pertama, Kakak dapat menghubungi customer service Travelio untuk menanyakan opsi pembayaran yang tersedia. Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuatif sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.     Selamat Sore Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. Untuk deposit dapat dibayarkan terpisah ya kak, untuk pembayaran deposit dibayarkan maksimal 3 jam sebelum jam check in kak Tersedia layanan internet tambahan dengan menggunakan modem. Spesifikasi Quota 25gb/bulan seharga Rp. 295.000/bulan dengan provider XL atau Smartfren, kecepatan max 150mbps 4G LTE, mendukung LTE CAT4, dan dapat sharing perangkat. Untuk parkir tersedia namun untuk tarif parkir dan kebijakannya bergantung pada regulasi pihak apartemennya. Untuk pembuatan member parkir dapat kami bantu untuk memintakan surat kuasa owner atau surat kontrak. Namun, untuk proses dan pembuatannya dilakukan oleh pihak penyewa. Estimasi harga parkir adalah Rp 5.000/jam. untuk sewa jangka lama nanti bisa membuat member parkir ke building management.
