For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

    Sewa harian, apa sudah termasuk IPL, listrik, atau dpt apa saja..? Deposit berapa dan pengembalian deposit utk sewa harian apa bisa langsung..?

    Untuk sewa: - Harian: sudah include air dan listrik, belum termasuk biaya internet (apabila tersedia), parkir, cleaning, dan deposit. - Bulanan: sudah include IPL (Maintenance Fee) namun belum termasuk biaya parkir, cleaning, linen, internet (jika ada), air, listrik, dan deposit. - Tahunan: belum termasuk biaya maintenance (IPL), parkir, linen, internet, air, listrik, dan deposit. untuk biaya deposit sewa harian 300.000 dan Deposit akan kami kembalikan 1- 5 hari kerja setelah actual checkout (Jika pemesanan harian), untuk pemesanan bulanan deposit akan kami kembalikan 7 - 14 hari kerja setelah tagihan air, listrik keluar dan setelah dilakukan pembayaran. Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuatif sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.     Selamat Malam Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. Deposit yang sudah di bayarkan sebelumnya akan kami refund 100% dengan catatan tidak ada kehilangan atau kerusakan selama di unit. Terkait proses refund deposit bulanan / Tahunan harus menunggu invoice dari Building Management. Untuk estimasinya, 7 Hari Kerja setelah invoice terbit. Invoice tersebut kami gunakan untuk perhitungan pemakaian selama penyewaan selama menginap di unit Travelio meliputi pemakaian listrik, dan air. Saat ini unit nya masih tersedia apabila cocok dengan unit nya dapat segera melakukan pemesanan pada unit nya sebelum tersewa oleh tamu lain nya atau harga nya naik.
