For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

    Salam hangat dari Travelio, Untuk pengajuan showing perlu kami lakukan penjadwalan, yang di mana penjadwalan tersebut bersifat pengajuan dan bersifat tentatif. Jika unit tersedia maka pengajuan akan disetujui. Showing unit hanya di peruntukan untuk sewa tahunan dan atau untuk sewa minimal 4 bulan. Pengajuan showing dapat dilakukan dengan memilih menu 'Request showing unit' di unit profile kami pada menu sewa tahunan/bulanan. Kakak juga bisa melihat unit lebih detail dengan menggunakan fungsi kamera 360 untuk melihat keseluruhan unit secara interaktif. Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuative sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.     Selamat Siang Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. - Untuk sewa Harian: belum termasuk biaya internet (apabila tersedia), parkir, cleaning, dan deposit. - Untuk sewa Bulanan: sudah include IPL (Maintenance Fee) namun belum termasuk biaya parkir, cleaning, linen, internet (jika ada), air, listrik, dan deposit. - Untuk sewa Tahunan: belum termasuk biaya maintenance (IPL), parkir, linen, internet, air, listrik, dan deposit. Linen with weekly cleaning adalah fasilitas Linen seperti Seprai, Sarung Bantal, Handuk, Keset dan Selimut serta unit akan dibersihkan 4 kali dalam 1 bulan. Apabila tidak menambah layanan 'linen with weekly cleaning', maka seprei, sarung bantal, handuk, keset dan selimut akan ditarik oleh staff kami saat proses check in. Saat ini unit nya masih tersedia apabila cocok dengan unit nya dapat segera melakukan pemesanan pada unit nya sebelum tersewa oleh tamu lain nya atau harga nya naik.
